Delete Your Account

    We understand that sometimes you need to move on. If you wish to delete your Work Photo Pro account, please follow the instructions below.

    How to Delete Your Account

    To delete your account, please follow these steps:

    1. Email us at webphotopros@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Work Photo Pro account
    2. In your email subject line, please write: "Delete My Account"
    3. Include your account email address and username in the body of the email
    4. Our support team will respond within 48 hours to confirm your request

    What Data Is Deleted

    When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

    • Your profile information (name, email, username)
    • All photos and videos stored on our servers
    • All audio recordings
    • Job documentation and project data
    • Team memberships and organization associations
    • App settings and preferences

    Deletion Timeline

    Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of our confirmation email. Once the deletion process begins, your data cannot be recovered.

    Please note: If you have active subscriptions or outstanding invoices, please resolve these before requesting account deletion.
