1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Work Photo Pro mobile application (the "App"), provided by Work Photo Pro ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

The App is a mobile application designed to allow users to take, upload, store, manage, and share photographs related to their professional work and projects ("Work Photos"). The service includes features for organization, basic editing, and collaboration.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the photographs and other content you upload to the App ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Work Photo Pro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the App and its services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you post.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any User Content that: - Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. - Infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right of any party. - Includes unauthorized advertising or promotional materials. - Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt or damage the functionality of any software or hardware.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Work Photo Pro and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Work Photo Pro name and logo are trademarks of Work Photo Pro.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WORK PHOTO PRO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WORK PHOTO PRO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of common wealth countries, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
